Hey any of you know anyone looking for a basement apartment? We're, of course, looking for a nice young couple that could contribute nicely to our neighborhood.
It's a one bedroom apartment, with a large laundry room (great for extra storage), one bathroom, large Family Room, and Kitchen. The apartment has its own entrance, and a fireplace.
We're asking $825.00, all utilities are included, except phone/internet/cable. We'll offer internet/cable at an extra $25.00 per month.

We would love to rent your basement apt...to bad it's only one room though :(
Just be patient Jodi. We have had our share of interesting people and most of those interesting people have been family! Just kidding, family is the best but on a serious note we have had our share of strange people.

So far, in my last holidays, I rented one of the great apartments in Buenos Aires and had an amazing time!
